Katrin Klein's practice focuses on the drafting, prosecution and defence of German, European and international technical IP rights. She regularly advises on opposition, infringement and nullity proceedings as well as on the preparation of freedom-to-operate opinions.
A special focus is on questions of employee invention law. Katrin Klein advises small and medium-sized clients as well as international corporations and start-ups.

Katrin Klein has several years of professional experience as development engineer for fuel cells at firms in Austria and Germany and as head of department in the build-up phase of a German Start-Up.
