Karin Rosahl’s practice focuses on patent litigation before the patent litigation chambers of the civil courts and nullity proceedings before the Federal Patent Court for national and international clients. Karin Rosahl also has extensive experience in representing patent applications in examination, opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office.
Karin Rosahl has been honored by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) as “Rising Star 2020/21”.
She speaks German and English.
Master of Physics and Mathematics from the Technical University in Dresden, Germany, and Loughborough University, UK; focus on renewable energies, fluid dynamics and magnetoresistance; MPhys in 2008.
PhD 2012 at Bristol University, UK, in the department of Mechanical Engineering, area of research: fracture mechanics.
Legal training between 2011 and 2014 in a Munich law firm, at the Distance-Learning University of Hagen, at the German Patent and Trademark Office and at the German Federal Patent Court; German Patent Attorney since 2015. European Patent Attorney since 2016. At Eisenführ Speiser since 2016.
