Philipp Venohr advises on all issues of trademark, design, unfair competition, copyright and employee invention law. He also represents national and international clients in patent infringement and nullity proceedings. 

Another focus of his work is the drafting and negotiation of licence agreements as well as research and development agreements.

Studied law at the Humboldt University of Berlin with a focus on commercial law and intellectual property law; Scholarship holder and research assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich; Doctorate (s.c.l.) in the field of trade mark and unfair competition law ("Die Benutzung der Marke in vergleichender Werbung", Nomos Verlag 2014); Attorney-at-law since 2013.
