Constantin Brecht advises national and international clients in the areas of trademark, design, competition and copyright law. His focus is on the development and implementation of international strategies for the development and defence of IP portfolios. He also advises on the prosecution of trademark and design infringements, competition law infringements as well as on the contractual protection of IP rights, including in connection with the secrecy of know-how.

Studied Law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, with focus on European Law since 2001, First State Exam 2006, research assistant at Lovells LLP from 2006 to 2007, Doctorate at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel awarded in 2008, legal clerkship in Hamburg, Second State Exam 2010.
