The IP law firm Eisenführ Speiser continues its strategic growth: attorney-at-law Philipp Neels, LL.M. (48) joins the firm's patent litigation team in Hamburg as of 1 July 2023.

Philipp Neels primarily advises on patent and utility model litigation. He specialises in representing clients in German and international patent infringement, nullity and arbitration proceedings, primarily in the fields of life sciences, telecommunications and mechanical engineering, as well as in providing contractual advice on related issues. He also has particular experience in the enforcement of standard essential patents (SEP).

Philipp Neels has worked as a lawyer in the IP field since 2007. He joins Eisenführ Speiser from the law firm Ampersand and continues his work as Salary partner.
