The 7th edition of the well-established commentary on the EU Trade Mark Regulation, edited by Günther Eisenführ (†) and Dr Detlef Schennen, has been published. 

The work comments on the consolidated version of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001, which has been in force since 1 October 2017.

In the new edition, both experiences with Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 and new decisions of the Enlarged Board of Appeal are commented on and discussed on the basis of current case law.
