Eisenführ Speiser appoints patent attorney Dr Désirée Heintz as a salary partner and attorney-at-law Sönke Scheltz and patent attorney Stefan Wiethoff as equity partners as of 1 January 2024. This strengthens the firm at partner level at its offices in Hamburg and Munich. 

Dr Désirée Heintz, Sönke Scheltz and Stefan Wiethoff advise primarily in the fields of telecommunications, information technology and medical technology. As members of our patent litigation team, they specialise in representing international clients and German SMEs in patent infringement and nullity proceedings.
