Eisenführ Speiser active in over 50 proceedings before the Unified Patent Court

Since its launch on 1 June 2023, the Unified Patent Court (UPC) has quickly become a cornerstone of the European IP landscape. As of 1 April 2025, a total of 798 cases have been filed with the new court, underscoring its growing importance in the enforcement of IP rights across Europe.

Eisenführ Speiser is proud to be playing a significant role in this development.
