Since June this year, the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) has been publishing the new professional journal GRUR Patent in cooperation with the Federal Association of German Patent Attorneys at C.H.Beck Verlag. The journal is published monthly and contains essays on all patent law topics as well as reviews of all important decisions of the Unified Patent Court, the Boards of Appeal of the EPO and the national courts. As a member of the editorial advisory board, patent attorney Stefan Wiethoff shapes the content guidelines and supports the work of the editorial board and editorial staff.
