At this year's World Intellectual Property Forum, more than 700 IP specialists from over 40 countries will come together to exchange ideas and information under the theme "Intellectual Property in an AI-Driven World". 

As an experienced UPC litigator, Philipp Rastemborski, LL.M. will speak on the panel "Spotlight on EU Unitary Patent & Unified Patent Court". Together with renowned colleagues, he will discuss the latest developments in the new European unitary patent system.

The World IP Forum will take place from 22 to 24 January 2025 at the Conrad Hotel in Dubai.
