The 2nd edition of the "Gesetz über Arbeitnehmererfindungen" (Boemke/Kursawe) has been published by C.H. Beck-Verlag. The commentary provides practical and comprehensible information on the fundamentals and innovations of the Employee Inventions Act and also comments on the remuneration guidelines.

The new edition takes into account a number of extensive changes in recent years, such as the effects of the Trade Secrets Act, relevant decisions following the reform of copyright law and the effects of the EU unitary patent. Patent attorneys Fabian Fegers and Klaus Göken as well as patent attorney Dr Désirée Heintz have contributed to the new edition as authors.
