After the recent victory against MAS Elektronik before the Regional District Court Düsseldorf, Eisenführ Speiser is again active for the HEVC Advance Patentpool. The Hamburg attorneys Dr. Volkmar Henke and Dr. Tilman Müller as well as the Munich patent attorney Dr. Christoph Fehn represent the patent holders and pool members Mitsubishi, GE, IP Bridge and Philips in further lawsuits concerning HEVC/H.265 technologies against the Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi as well as the Turkish electronics group Vestel.
