Attorney-at-law Dr Philipp Venohr will strengthen the firm's trademark and litigation team in Munich as of
1 October 2023. He joins from the law firm TBK.

The main focus of his work is on trade mark, unfair competition and copyright law as well as employee invention law. In addition, Philipp Venohr represents clients in patent infringement and nullity proceedings.

Philipp Venohr was an employee and scholarship holder of the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich, obtained his doctorate with distinction in the field of trademark and unfair competition law and has more than 10 years of professional experience in renowned IP law firms. He continues his work at Ei-senführ Speiser as counsel.
