The German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA) warns against a fradulent invoice which is currently in circulation. The respective invoice illegally contains the DPMA's logo as well as signatures of high-ranking persons from the DPMA´s trade mark and design unit and requests payment of a certain amount to a foreign bank account.
