LES France and APEP are hosting the second annual conference on standard essential patents and FRAND licensing on 26 November 2019.
Attorney-at-Law Volkmar Henke will be participating as speaker at one of the conference’s two roundtables. In his capacity as an SEP and FRAND expert, he will be giving insights into recent German FRAND case law.
The conference will be held in Paris.
