Nine months have now passed since the Unified Patent Court (UPC) came into force. More than 200 cases from various industries and technologies are now active before the new court. But what about the calculation of damages before the UPC? The attorneys Sönke Scheltz (Eisenführ Speiser), Vittorio Cerulli Irelli (Trevisan & Cuonzo) and Cyrille Amar (Amar Goussu Staub) will explore this question in the upcoming Oxfirst webinar.
