JUVE Patent has published its first UPC ranking. Based on extensive research by the JUVE editorial team, the ranking recognises 37 renowned patent law firms that have been able to establish an excellent reputation in UPC litigation since the beginning of the new system. 

The evaluation text states: “The mixed team of this German law firm has got stuck in at the UPC with a considerable number of actions. By representing clients such as Headwater in proceedings against Motorola Mobility and Samsung over mobile handsets, Eisenführ Speiser shows its extensive experience in mobile communications patents is winning over new clients, also for UPC proceedings.”
