At the panel "Don't forget about Copyright when licensing designs", attorney-at-law Rainer Böhm will speak about the impact of the ECJ decisions "Cofemel" and "Brompton" on the enforcement of designs, copyrights and licensing agreements. The special situation of the United Kingdom after Brexit will also be discussed.
