The roadmap published by the UPC Preparatory Team provides information on the key dates of the Unified Patent Court in the coming months. For example, the official entry into force of the UPC Agreement is currently planned for 1 April 2023, while the selection of judges should already be completed by 19 October 2022. In addition, the roadmap provides information on the start of the sunrise period, which is expected to begin on 01 January 2023 (always subject to change).
