On 26 October 2023, Eisenführ Speiser welcomed representatives from patent departments to the hybrid seminar "Patentierung von KI-Erfindungen" ("Patenting AI inventions") in Bremen. Practical examples were used to explain the basics of the patentability of AI inventions and provide useful tips for drafting patent applications. The speakers were Dr Holger Veenhuis, Klaus Göken, Dr Alexandra Möller and Dr Lukas Brunkhorst.

Several years ago, Eisenführ Speiser put together a team of AI experts who have already filed a large number of applications for AI inventions and have extensive expertise in dealing with such applications and inventions at the patent offices.
