In addition to the ranking of the best individual lawyers, Handelsblatt, in cooperation with the US publisher „Best Lawyers“, is also publishing a list of the best law firms of the year for the first time.

In the first edition of the „Best Law Firms - Germany 2024“ ranking, Eisenführ Speiser secured top positions in the categories „Intellectual Property Law“ (National Tier 1) and „Litigation“ (National Tier 2). Law firms are also assessed in individual regions: our offices in Bremen, Munich, Berlin and Hamburg are all listed in Regional Tier 1 in the „Intellectual Property Law“ category. The offices in Munich, Hamburg and Berlin are also recognised in the field of „Litigation“.

„Best Lawyers“ rates law firms according to the frequency of recommendations from attorneys. The publisher uses the peer-to-peer principle, in which lawyers vote for colleagues whom they consider recommendable.
