Lukas Wosnitza will strengthen the litigation team at the Munich office from 1 October 2024. He joins from the law firm Bird & Bird.

Lukas Wosnitza is mainly active in complex patent infringement proceedings. He also advises national and international clients on all aspects of patent law, in particular on licence agreements and employee invention law. He advises clients from the automotive, information technology and life sciences sectors.
