Key SEP decisions, particularly in the mobile sector, were recently issued in Europe, the US and Asia. In Germany, the forthcoming judgment – expected in early 2019 – from the Federal Court of Justice on the first SEP case pending there is eagerly awaited.

In its current issue, the magazine Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) interviewed a team of SEP experts, among them Volkmar Henke, partner at Eisenführ Speiser, on different aspects concerning the changing SEP landscape.
