Eisenführ Speiser has expanded the circle of partners from its own ranks with the patent attorneys Dipl.-Ing. Markus Schulz (42) and Dipl.-Phys. Stefan Wiethoff (43). Markus Schulz already completed his legal training at Eisenführ Speiser and has been working as a patent attorney in the field of mechanical and medical engineering at the Bremen office since 2010. Stefan Wiethoff joined Eisenführ Speiser in 2012 and has since been working in the field of electrical engineering, information technology and medical technology at the Hamburg office.

Markus Schulz and Stefan Wiethoff were appointed salary partners with effect from 01 January 2020. The position of salary partner was introduced by Eisenführ Speiser to offer a more flexible legal career model.

Both attorneys have particular professional experience in drafting, prosecuting and enforcing international patent applications and in patent infringement proceedings.
