Eisenführ Speiser has expanded its circle of partners from its own ranks with Attorney-at-Law Tilman Müller (39). Dr. Müller already strengthens the litigation-team in Hamburg since 2011.

Tilman Müller has specialized in patent law, especially patent infringement and nullity proceedings. License agreements for industrial property rights and know-how are another focus of his work. Furthermore, Tilman Müller advises clients in the areas of utility model law, design law and competition law and is involved in the respective litigations. Tilman Müller is an expert in the fields of Standard Essential Patents (SEP) and FRAND.

In recent years, Tilman Müller was successfully involved in various infringement proceedings before the Federal Court of Justice.
