New article: No teaching without disclosing - a response to Stellbrink

The article addresses the question of the amount of details to disclose in a patent application. It is particularly discussed whether or not mere references to industry standards are sufficient for describing substantail parts of an invention. In the field of DVD technology, the article shows that such mere references may well be insufficient, and that additional requirements have to be observed by patent applicants.
