Eisenführ Speiser has expanded its circle of partners from its own ranks. Since January 1, 2016 the patent attorneys Dr. Katrin Winkelmann and Manuel Söldenwagner are new partners of our firm. Both already completed their legal education at Eisenführ Speiser.

Dr. Katrin Winkelmann is based in our Hamburg office and supports clients particularly in the fields of machinery and plant engineering, renewable energies, filter technologies and medical technology. In addition to her successful work in prosecution and litigation matters, she strengthens the strategic IP consulting of Eisenführ Speiser with innovations in the fields of portfolio analysis and patent valuation. Manuel Söldenwagner is based in our Munich office and mainly supports clients in the fields of biotechnology, biochemistry, microbiology, food chemistry, pharmacy, chemistry, process engineering as well as medical engineering. A special focus of his work are complex freedom-to-operate analyses and the IP consulting of various Venture Capital Fonds. As a partner he strengthens Eisenführ Speiser in the field of Life Science.
