We are always looking for committed colleagues who are highly knowledgeable in our core consulting fields to join our team of patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law. You are expected to have professional experience in industrial property rights.
German patent attorneys should have completed their supplementary training as European Patent Attorneys.
With further training programs, regular meetings with colleagues, workshops for managers and our attractive working hours scheme, including home working options, we offer you the opportunity to develop your potential the best way possible.
We provide you with individual support with your professional and personal development. Ambitious attorneys are fostered with a structured career development scheme.
ES Academy for Associates
Eisenführ Speiser was one of the first medium-sized IP boutiques to develop a structured training programme for associates in cooperation with the Centre d'Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle (CEIPI) and the Université de Strasbourg.
The ES Academy focuses on the acquisition of economic know-how. Against the background of the firm's specific specialisations, such as FRAND, current developments in the area of digital business models/industry 4.0 and our particular expertise in relation to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses, the understanding of the economic implications of IP is promoted – in line with our firm's aspiration not only to provide excellent legal and technical advice, but also to contribute ideas and entrepreneurial input.
The curriculum combines e-learning courses with classroom courses and offers associates interested in continuing education the opportunity to acquire recognized university diplomas such as "IP-Business Administration" (two years) or "Master of IP Law and Management" (four years).
‘What I especially appreciate about Eisenführ Speiser is the pleasant and friendly atmosphere at work and the open, constructive style of communication. Eisenführ Speiser strives for continuous development at all times, and in doing so responds to the wishes of its employees and gives them the freedom to develop. This ensures that the work is not only enjoyable, but also that the clients receive optimal support.’
Dr Karin Rosahl, Patent Attorney
‘I like working at Eisenführ Speiser because teamwork is really practised here. Extremely capable and really nice colleagues working on highly complicated cases and a wide range of clients – this makes the profession really enjoyable.’
Dr Constantin Brecht, Attorney-at-Law
