Manfred Roßmanith started a cooperation with Eisenführ Speiser in 2016.
He has special professional experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications and in developing exploitation strategies for patent portfolios. A further key area of his work are patent enforcement strategies in various forms, including licensing negotiations and nullity proceedings.

Master of Physics at the University of Konstanz, thesis title "Muon spin rotation in high temperature superconductors, full Scholarship from the Max-Planck-Society for a research, PhD supervised by Nobel prize Winner Prof. Klaus von Klitzing, Max-Planck-Institute Stuttgart, Qualification as Dr.rer.nat.in physics with a thesis about GaAs/AlxGa1-xAs semiconductor heterostructures.
Legal Training from 1993 to 1995 at the patent firm Rueger, Barthelt and Abel (Esslingen), the German Patent and Trademark Office and the German Patent Court in Munich. German Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney since 1997, Vice President in Patent Operations at Technicolor (formerly Thomson) since 2006.
Member of the Supervisory Board of "Interessengemeinschaft für Rundfunkrechte" (IGR, Organisation of the German consumer electronics industry for the joint defence against third party patents and the joint licensing of member companies' patents) from 2004 to 2016. From 2014 to 2016 Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
