Lukas Wosnitza is a member of our patent infringement team. He represents international clients and German medium-sized companies in complex, cross-border proceedings before German courts and the Unified Patent Court (UPC). His work includes detailed fact-finding and the preservation of evidence, developing suitable procedural strategies as well as dealing with antitrust issues, and enforcing patent rights, in particular through preliminary injunctions.

Another focus of his work is on contractual matters, in particular on the drafting and negotiation of license and cooperation agreements. He also has extensive expertise in employee invention law and trade secret protection.
