Dr. Bernhard Pfleiderer assists in patent prosecution and the enforcement of technical intellectual property rights, both domestically and internationally. He provides legal advice regarding solutions related to competitor intellectual property rights and carrys out seizures at trade fairs.

Bernhard Pfleiderer has a great expertise in electronics, in particular integrated circuits (analog & digital, wireless data transmission, medical technology, microelectronics) and holds a doctorate in this field, where he has also filed his own patents. Furthermore, based on his experience in the international startup world, he provides advice in the areas of startup formation and corporate strategy.

Bernhard Pfleiderer is one of the few eminently respectable entitled UPC representatives which qualified for registration on the list of under Rule 11 REPLC, as he holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M. European IP law) which was accepted as a qualification equivalent to the European Patent Litigation Certificate.

Engaged in industrial property protection since 1996 through own inventions and monitoring of intellectual property rights (patents) in the industry. Worked at the law firm Prinz & Partner as a partner and head of the Hamburg office from 2008 to 2020. Back at Eisenführ Speiser since 2023.
