Degree studies in Sport at the Sports University of Cologne; studied Jurisprudence at the University of Bremen, specialising in commercial law, intellectual property and EU law. Supplementary qualification as an EU Business Lawyer.
Attorney since 1990, joined Eisenführ Speiser in 1991. Partner since 1997; Chairman of the Expert Committee for Intellectual Property at the Hanseatic Bar Association Bremen since 2006; Specialist Attorney for Intellectual Property since 2007.
Ulrich Sander has specialised in trademark law, competition law and design law (court proceedings, application procedures and extra-judicial consultation and dispute settlement; provides consultancy services in global trademark strategies and trademark searches).
